Subject :- Regarding the ambiguity/unfairness in the Railway LDCE (departmental) examination of Delhi Division for the post of Junior Engineer/Elect.General & Chg wing in PB-II 9300-34800 plus 4200/-against 25%IQ.(Intermediate quota)
Sir ji,
As you are aware of the scam/ambiguity in the railway departmental exam and the railway board had also informed about it in letter number No. E(NG)I/2025/PM1/3, dated 05.03.2025 (Attached)
Similar controversial/wrong/fake selection process was seen in Delhi division of Railway for the post of Junior Engineer/Elect.General & Chg wing[ https://t.co/rVLtgyvNSd:- 293-E/545/JE/Genl./IQ/Pt-V/P-3,Date: 14-06-2024] in PB-II 9300-34800 plus 4200/-against 25%IQ. (Intermediate quota) which is proved by the following facts -

1)- Confusion Over Negative Marking :- It was mentioned in the JE-IQ Genl written exam date fixed Letter No:- 293-E/545/JE/IQ/Pt-V/P-3 ,Dt: 28.11.2024 that there will be negative marking in the paper but on the front page of the question paper it was mentioned that there is no negative marking. Hence, it shows that the exam Chairperson does not know how the paper is actually being marked and division did not even follow the letter of the Railway Board [Rly. Board's letter No. E(NG)I-2018/PM1/4 dated 14.12.2018(RBE No.
196/2018),https://t.co/rVLtgyvNSd. E(NG)-2018/PMI/4/dated 14.06.2019(RBE No. 97/2019), https://t.co/rVLtgyvNSd. E(NG)I-2018/PMI/14 dated 14.11.2019(RBE No. 194/2019) & Master CIrcular 31 para 7.3) and even later, the eligible candidates were not told through any letter or notification as to how the marking was done and on what basis the result was declared.[Notification And Paper Attached]

2)- No Answer Key :- Before and after the final panel was released, no answer key of any kind was released to indicate which answer to the question was considered correct by the Division.

3)- Markes Of Candidates :- Even after the final panel of the selection process was released, the marks of the selected candidates and the candidates who passed the exam were not shown and No merit list prepared on the basis of marks obtained by candidates.

4)- Mode Of Selection Not Fixed For Final Panel:- It has not been clarified on what basis the merit will be made because In the final selection process, the time of record of service, percentage of record of service and examination percentage were not made clear.

5)- Criteria Not Fixed For Qualified in Written Exam

If we pay attention to these points carefully then it can be said that the final panel process of the above mentioned paper is completely controversial/fake. Hence you are requested to take cognizance of the above mentioned subject or point and cancel this paper process or start it again or take appropriate action.
