Is this normal? Last night water came through cracks in the middle of our exposed concrete ceiling. The building is an older concrete block where many families live. I think these cracks should be properly inspected by a qualified professional. Has anyone experienced something similar?

I’ve been having safety issues in my building and have reached out to the Enfield council multiple times trying to come out with a reasonable outcome for my families safety. However the emails just ended up in the same cycle of being referred to the same councillors i had an issue with as they wanted to close my case and refuse to help me. After recognising the risk to my family’s safety, they reopened my case. However, I am still waiting for a response to both the investigation of the councillor trying to close my case and a safe and effective solution for my family and my safety.

@EnfieldCouncil He is truly an excellent and successful person, always quick and efficient in helping people with even the smallest matters. He really cares about Enfield Council, and I'm so grateful we have a new leader like him. Finally, we are free from the old Labour Party.
