@Misshoneynut69@_iqazal_ Child marriage can and does occur in the USA. While not everyone knows that specifically, teenagers and younger girls being denied essential medical care is part of why people are fighting. It's not some impossible fiction made up to win a meaningless argument
@IsMetcalf81526@AngelLee2194@margotsibley25@CNN they're being a perfectly decent person. I've read a lot of these cases, most involving birth parents. Stress, distraction, a change of routine.
I'd take precautions but I'm used to being forgetful (for other but similar things) -- many people wouldn't expect to forget a baby.
@DailyBee3 advising to put kitchenware away in a storage bin instead of hanging on a rack is the worst kitchen storage/decor advice I've ever read.
If you can't access them, there's no point in owning kitchen tools in the first place.
@DailyBee3 Predictably badly written, and I clicked anyway. ๐คทโโ๏ธ "Blanket Ladders Are Not Really Practical"(...)"it's easily accessible to grab a blanket" so which is it?
a lot of these are weirdly specific. Doll head lamps seem more like a personal choice than an act of accidental tackiness.
@thebarron69 @LunasSmolGalaxy @whei_octav @bitchbizow @CaptainKoochie Nobody 'made'... Come on. Teenagers *are* being targeted and exploited. In the USA, recruiters can just ask a public highschool for a kid's contact information and the school is required to give it to them unless the parent (or teenager above 18) has preemptively opted out.
@AD80429163@bumbeanbannana@Concern26987694@jk_rowling@DroffoJ You can speak for yourself (no disrespect intended); not wanting to be included doesn't stand true for -all- people with Klinefelter syndrome. Some of them are themselves activists. There isn't exactly a single, widely agreed upon definition on what 'intersex' entails.
@MayankS758609 Falsely attributed quote, here's a real one. "Photos trick us to believe things are true even when they don't provide evidence for an idea" โ Dr Eryn Newman of the ANU Research School of Psychology, referring to how people are more likely to believe text with an image alongside.
