@Iberia le pire service ou plutôt non service ever !!! Des vols directs pour LAX sans UM service, après 10 appels et donc plus de 5h cumulées, bien sûr ils n’appellent jamais ou n’envoient pas d’e-mail pour donner un suivi, obligation de changer de vol mais…non…pas de serv ice
