The caucus will discuss the Julius Jones case and Oklahoma’s reliance on the death penalty as a deterrent to crime.
The Lancet published a report on October 2 displaying that Oklahoma has the highest mortality rate of police violence of all 50 states and the highest rate of police violence against Black Americans.
We can do better and the time for reform is now.
