On June 28, the OCC Customer Service Counter & Court Clerks is moving to the first floor of the Will Rogers Building at 2401 N. Lincoln Blvd, Oklahoma City, OK 73105.
Online services offered by the Customer Service Counter & Court Clerks offices will continue to be provided.
OCC employees had the privilege of listening to J.C. Watts speak about leadership in a ceremony honoring an employee group's conclusion of a year-long leadership training program.
From January-May 2026, OCC processed 591 open records requests, resolving 578 of them. This is a 97.8% resolution rate. Our goal: 95%+ resolution rate.
Providing timely access to public information is an important part of serving Oklahomans & maintaining trust in government.
OCC serves as the lead agency for Oklahoma's ESF-12, working with energy partners and local and state emergency management to restore power as quickly as possible.
OCC inspectors for our Petroleum Storage Tank Division calibrate more than 8,000 meters each month at gas stations across the state. These calibrations make sure customers are getting what they pay for.
OCC employees like Officer Mike Daniels often go above and beyond their job duties to help the public. Last month, Officer Daniels and other officers watched over an infant while the infant's mother worked to get her truck's weight in compliance.

Location and operator information for all public railroad crossings can be found on Emergency Notification System (ENS) signs and also on signal bungalows for crossings with electronic components. Keep an eye out for the blue sign and bungalows like these!

The OCC’s Pipeline Safety Division ensures the safe transport of natural gas, hazardous liquids, and CO2 by pipeline. It oversees 117,000+ miles of pipeline run by 195+ operators. The division has investigated 640+ line hits so far this year.
