Madame Celeste Amarilla,

Some mediocre, insecure white people seem to believe that if you’re not mixed with white, you can’t be brilliant. To cope with that belief, they dismiss exceptional Black people as “arrogant” or invent some other negative narrative like affirmative action and DEI to cope better.
Today marks the 78th anniversary of the Nakba (catastrophe), during which more than 750,000 Palestinians were expelled and over 400 villages were destroyed to establish the State of Israel.
The best part is if you try showing this stuff to a foxnews boomer - it doesn’t register at all, just a blank stare and they go back to their talking points
The Oscars’ response?
AMPAS/Oscar CEO Bill Kramer apparently blocked me on Instagram last night after seeing my post expressing disappointment about the broadcast’s In Memoriam omission of my father.
You truly can’t make this stuff up.
