@NivaBupa If Niva Bupa is relying on a 45-day physiotherapy limitation, please provide the exact policy clause, page number and applicable policy wording under which this limitation is being imposed.

@NivaBupa The physiotherapy was specifically prescribed by the treating consultant at Fortis Hospital and was medically required for the patient’s recovery and rehabilitation. It is not a wellness or optional treatment.

@NivaBupa Niva Bupa is now imposing a “45-day limit” on physiotherapy after surgery, despite no such restriction being communicated to me or apparent in the policy terms applicable to my claim.

मैं बार-बार grievance/office visits और वही documents submit करके परेशान हो चुका हूँ। मुझे favour नहीं, मेरी policy के अनुसार clear and transparent claim settlement चाहिए।
