@Pindaaar @Ryanair @lizhunter514 There is another way to claim the refund I found if @Ryanair don't sort this out before the end of the weekend: calling the credit card company on a weekday and citing Section 75 or if it wasn't on a credit card, then calling your bank and requesting a chargeback.

The email they sent us all trying to back out of giving a refund is hugely dishonest and makes me less inclined to fly with Ryanair again unless they backtrack quickly and fire whoever thought this was a good idea. We asked and you promised already a refund!

@Bongela_Mnguni @burnheart123 @bennedik @lichess Keeping it simple would mean getting it wrong. It's not up to chess websites to change the rules of chess. Toadofsky on lichess has worked hard to get it right but some positions are hard to program. It's still work in progress.
