@Kenyans This's more of stitching the anal orifice to treat diarrhoea.
We have sufficient traffic policies and preventive measures in place. What we LACK is the policy that states:
"Implement all the stipulated traffic policies religiously."
After a long business journey across the globe, I’m now en route to Nairobi. ✈️
Grateful to Allah for safe travels, productive meetings and new partnerships. Now it’s time to turn opportunities into results.
Nairobi, see you soon.
Alhamdulillah. 🇰🇪
@karigoh It doesn't make sense at all. Coz even in hospitals, they dispose of the bed after a patient dies and also stop admissions once a death has been recorded in the hospital.
Yesterday I spent the afternoon at the Muthaiga Country Club. Just being there, you see things differently. The kind of people you realise you know some, you’ve heard of and you just meet some. But they’re all wealthy. Quiet. Grinding. Zero scandals. Zero tenders. Zero association to any gov deal. Zero knowledge of “forex trading.” Just business. Some fresh (not new) money and most old money. And money it is. The parking lot is a high-end showroom bazaar. Not ex-Japanese but premium showroom cars. Some imported brand new. But never posted. Never bragged online. Some never seen by many. But they’re there. A whole class of Kenyans who look, smell, talk, dress and even breathe MONEY!
@Veteran_gandu How do you explain this when the nurse to patient ratio is 1:30? While it's the nurses' responsibility, relative/family must be engaged in the care of the patient in light of a broader plan of discharge and continuity of care.
@Arap_Turitik I was in Burns unit early this year for my nursing critical care rotations. It was great to learn the place of sedation in burns wound dressing.
By the way, being able to do echocardiogram and interpret ECG doesn’t make one a cardiologist! Cardiac health is a faaar more complex expertise. The public must know who is their “cardiologist”!
