@Ruky_Baby27 ... When she called and told me she delivered a baby girl, I felt it was a prank. My dear, to answer your question, Science may not be 100% correct all the time.
@Ruky_Baby27 You are not alone. It happened to me too. Just like you scan said he she is a boy as well as as some false prophets. Unfortunately in my own case, I travelled for 2023 election which made my wife to go to the hospital alone.
Sustainable Success Is Built on Competence, Integrity, Discipline and hardworking.
On Saturday, I had the privilege of interacting with young entrepreneurs, professionals, business leaders, and members of the emerging generation at the This Generation Conference hosted by Summit Bible Church in Abuja.
Our discussion focused on what it takes to thrive in the marketplace despite prevailing economic challenges. I shared insights from my years in business and public service, emphasizing that sustainable success is built on integrity, competence, discipline, and a commitment to creating value for society.
I reminded participants that no nation develops by consumption alone. Nations progress when their citizens are productive, innovative, and committed to excellence. Our young people must resist the temptation of shortcuts and instead embrace education, skills acquisition, entrepreneurship, and ethical leadership.
The future of Nigeria depends largely on the quality of leadership and enterprise this generation is willing to build. We must move from a culture of sharing poverty to one of creating prosperity through production, innovation, and responsible governance.
I left encouraged by the energy, intelligence, and determination of the young people I met. Their questions, ideas, and aspirations reaffirmed my belief that Nigeria’s greatest resource remains her people.
Together, through hard work, integrity, and purposeful leadership, we can build the New Nigeria that is POssible. -PO
Sad: Our Children Are Now Pawns in a Deadly Ransom Economy
It’s heartbreaking to report yet another bandit attack on a school, barely three weeks after over 40 schoolchildren and their teachers were abducted and are still languishing in the forest.
The security situation in Kogi State has taken another tragic turn with a brutal bandit attack on Government Secondary School, Iluke, in Kabba-Bunu LGA. Armed bandits disguised in military uniforms invaded the school during an ongoing WAEC examination, killed the Vice Principal, Mr. Gani Anifowose, and attempted a mass abduction of students.
Reports from the scene indicate that local security personnel and vigilantes actively resisted the attackers and frustrated their abduction attempt.
Making educational institutions soft targets is a direct assault on the nation’s future. It creates a psychological barrier to school enrolment and worsens Nigeria’s out-of-school children crisis, disproportionately forcing young girls out of formal education due to fear. There is nothing more heartbreaking for a nation than being unable to protect its children.
My heartfelt condolences go to the family of the Vice Principal, who lost his life while gallantly defending the children entrusted to his care. May God grant his soul eternal repose.-PO
Peter Obi thinks he knows a lot and has in depth knowledge about how to solve the economic, security and power problems.
I strongly believe BAT will flaw him very easily. I want BAT to mess him up so badly in a debate.
I'm using this medium to beg all APC supporters and believers of Asiwaju's knowledge of governance to accept an open debate to teach Peter Obi serious lessons.
Ok, lets do it this way..
Soludo said: “If these major regions and cities Abuja, Lagos, & the Niger Delta were to shut down, Nigeria would be affected because they contribute a major percentage to the country’s GDP.
But for the South East, even if it falls under a volcanic eruption tomorrow, the economy of Nigeria will not be affected.”
This is a myopic view of what the South East really is. The South East is not merely a geographical space; it is defined by the people who make it up, no matter where they live.
South Easterners constitute about one third of Lagos’s population and account for approximately 74% of commercial activities in both Lagos and Abuja.
Does Soludo understand that the so called GDP contributions from Lagos and Abuja largely come from South Easterners?
These South Easterners in Lagos and Abuja remain commercially & economically connected to the physical South East that Soludo refers to.
He must recognise that there is no South East without South Easterners, regardless of where they reside.
Does Soludo observe the physical vacuum that appears in Lagos & Abuja during the Christmas period, when South Easterners return en masse to the South East?
Does Soludo understand that South Easterners contribute nearly three quarters of the approximately $22 billion in remittances Nigeria receives from abroad annually?
What exactly does Soludo mean when he speaks of the “South East”?
Does Soludo realise that the only group capable of collapsing economic activity in Lagos, Abuja, or Port Harcourt is South Easterners?
His premise is therefore inherently flawed.
The South East does not contribute a mere 8% to Nigeria’s national GDP.
Its true contribution is closer to 50% or more.
Soludo's encouraging attempt to end the sit at home should not lead him to start coining unreasonable & inaccurate premises...
Ị ghọta go..
@benmurraybruce Did I just hear you say he is demonstrating "proactive approach" maybe the meaning of that what has changed. Let me look up my dictionary, I will be back.
The NDC was told to hold their party primaries. But they decided to hold a general election.
From Delta to Sokoto, Kano to Lafia, Lagos to Ogbia. All across Nigeria, people trooped en masse to be counted. The NDC is the only Democratic Party in Nigeria. What I saw today was shocking. Nigerians are tired, people are genuinely fed up. They want the APC gone!
This is going to be the mother of all campaigns.
-Data Boys: "Peter Obi was a failure as governor. He achieved nothing in Anambra state."

@Mohayatudeen@novieverest Now you are crying because they rigged you about. He that comes to equity must com with clean hands. Why contest in the first place? Oh! You believe the South does not matter, so you decided to contest when it's the turn of the south.
What is wrong with us as a people?
For years, we watched as indirect Party Primaries became froth with corruption and 'vote buying '.
We have now switched to direct primaries and what's the outcome?
More corruption, violence and mathematical voodism.
I'm sure if we switch to independent candidacy tomorrow, it will result in another madness.
Haba.

Same people, Same circle. Youths are still leaders of tomorrow
—if they explain Nigeria to you and you understand, then your own brain needs to be under studies.
After speaking with Nigerians in Cape Town yesterday, I was able to have meaningful discussions this morning with three South African ministers and political party leaders regarding the ongoing challenges related to immigration, regional collaboration, and fostering peaceful coexistence between our nations.
I had the pleasure of meeting with Mr Leon Schreiber, the South African Minister of Home Affairs and a prominent figure in the Democratic Alliance; Mr Velenkosini Hlabisa, the Minister of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs and leader of the Inkatha Freedom Party (IFP); and Mr Gayton McKenzie, the Minister of Sports, Arts and Culture and leader of the Patriotic Alliance (PA).
Our conversations were productive and candid, focusing on the current challenges that affect both countries—particularly those related to migration, economic strains, youth unemployment, security issues, and the rising tensions faced by African foreigners in South Africa.
I firmly believe that Nigeria and South Africa, both prominent African nations, must enhance dialogue, bolster cooperation, and seek solutions based on justice, mutual respect, and adherence to the rule of law. In challenging times, leaders and citizens alike need to demonstrate responsible leadership, compassion, and restraint.
We collectively stressed the importance of law-abiding behaviour, avoiding violence, resisting hate or provocation, and allowing lawful institutions to address grievances through democratic and constitutional processes, regardless of the challenges we face.
The progress of Africa hinges on our ability to create unity, foster economic inclusivity, invest in our communities, and uphold the dignity of every African, no matter where they live. -PO
