It’s always i have to understand someone’s got it worse than i do bc theyre visibly showing more symptoms but im suffering too. Im suffering silently and i relapsed

Nobody really knows how bad im struggling the past few days bc i only keep to myself at how horrible im really feeling and how i dont have the will or energy to do almost anything at all. My energy is spent fighting my thoughts everyday and nobody seems to get that.
