@profkagwanja Prof, 70% ownership doesn’t mean 70% control of Kenya’s national interest. Many of the world’s most critical companies are privately owned. The refinery will sit on Kenyan soil, under Kenyan law, taxes & regulation. Kenya doesn’t need 51% equity to have real leverage.
