@KenyaPower_Care Jana it was miraculous we had power overnight, but it has just gone two minutes ago and unfortunately I'm reading of the demise of one person who has always been ready to help out in these matters, I'm not reporting this cos who knows, will any assistance be forthcoming?

@Safaricom_Care @Rahyym This kind of reply is quite discouraging, why would you tell someone to "contact the recipient" when they have already declined the reversal? You have to find a better way of dealing with recipients who sit on other people's money, in fact quite apart from the police!

@KenyaPower_Care Just like I said, it is now past the 12 hours I spoke of. I have spent the night in darkness, I still don't have power and apart from your acknowledgement of my complaint there's nothing else to speak of, other than that my medication (refrigerated) is going to spoil.

This was yesterday, still no power at the moment. By the way, what is it with the constant outages in Busia? Management or infrastructure problems? If there isn't a blackout in a single day in Busia that deserves to be called a miracle! Position 1 for the most outages!
