@CrownAndJoke Painful days afterwards. I like the idea of prp better. At least in horses they use their serum. So less chance of rejection. And it usually stimulates the body to heal quicker. That and proper nutrition, rest etc.

@CrownAndJoke Don't know about people but have had horse that have had both for soft tissue/ligament issues. One did stem cells and the other prp. Both seemed to recover from injury quicker than a horse that wasn't treated. I feel like the prp horse was back to normal quicker with less
