@250_Revolution And how many just write contracts to hire consultants who cost even more? I know of two companies that merged. One had a staff of 5 people who managed a specific software program. The other had a staff of 7 who wrote contracts and hired consultants who managed the software.

It’s the refineries, California is not business or oil friendly so two major refineries shut down. We should have built new refineries starting about 15 years ago. I have been driving the same make and model of vehicle for 23 years, my average mpg was 22 mpg, with the hybrid drivetrain in my new car it’s 32 mpg.
