I never went below the daily drawdown limit, but my account was closed unjustly. When I tried reaching out to your customer care I was given a very wrong calculation as to why it was breached, calculation based on a 5k account, while my account is a 10k account and it does match anything on my dashboard.

This is so unfair and not a good way to treat your traders, if you system have a glitch during a news event(cus you guys allow holding trades through news event on evaluation stage) we the traders should not have to pay for your own shortcomings.
