@MarcStern9 Please clarify, what advertising do you mean? You can use Bitcoin to top up your OKPAY wallet, but the card issuing bank prohibits to top up OKPAY Card with funds obtained from cryptocurrency trading. You can see this notification on the OKPAY Cards page https://t.co/E4Y7SD9kgF
