You'll grow a lot in the next 10 years. Keep putting one foot in front of the other and make course corrections as you go. Get some rest, drink some water, and focus.
That's ok productivity.
Learning from failure is a pretty common trope. Next time you consider doing something new, think about what you might learn if you fail and add it to your pro/con list.
Quitting something is hard, especially when you've dedicated so much of yourself to it! Take a little time to write down what good that thing did for you because you'll always have that.
Before you say No to an opportunity, try to have a clear idea about what you want to say Yes to. Saying No only and temporarily turns you away from one path. Saying Yes is the first step in one specific direction.
If you have a variety of interests and skills, it may be hard to pick a few to turn into a career. Try the experimentation funnel: explore a lot of your interests at once. After a year, experiment with the ones you still love & cut the rest. Then repeat. #productivity

Be patient with yourself and take the time to understand what's going on. Future you will thank you. #selfcare

Doing asynchronous check-ins or planning works well when there's a habit in place. Try scheduling your async check-in first, before trusting that they'll just happen on their own.
Freelancer, solopreneur, work-from-home parent... whatever your role, accountability can be challenging. Having a check-in partner or joining a mastermind group is a great way for more minds to consider the problems you're trying to solve without taking up too much time.
