Ми з партнерами запускаємо перший в Україні міжнародний інженерний челендж, сфокусований на технологічному рішенні – екскавації сигналу.

Сьогодні екскавація один із найскладніших і найнебезпечніших етапів гуманітарного розмінування. У більшості випадків вона виконується вручну і займає до 60–80% часу сапера.

Саме тут потрібен технологічний прорив, який:
– зменшить потребу в ручній роботі;
– підвищить безпеку саперів;

Russia escalates its terror against Ukraine and this needs to get a strong response from our allies.

For the first time, more than 800 (!) drones and missiles overnight. Civilians killed and injured, civilian infrastructure damaged in Kyiv, Odesa, Kremenchuk, Kryvyi Rih, Zaporizhzhia, among other cities.

For the first time since the beginning of full-scale war, Russia damaged the Ukrainian Government building in Kyiv. This alone is a serious escalation.

The greatest cynicism is that these brutal attacks come just as President Trump makes every effort to achieve peace. But instead of reciprocating these efforts and agreeing to a leaders’ meeting, Putin rejects diplomacy and escalates terror.

Only pressure on Moscow can end its escalation of terror. The Russian war machine runs on oil and gas revenues. We urge our allies to defund it in order to end the war.

Russian terror “anti-records” require strong responses. New severe sanctions on Russia and new strengthening for Ukraine, particularly in air defense. Waiting will not bring results—action is needed now.

Following my EU "Wall of Shame" tweet this weekend, I got a lot of requests to add countries. This "Wall" adds the Baltics, Sweden, Finland and France. Countries in orange have cracked down on transshipments to Russia via Kyrgyzstan. Countries in blue keep looking the other way.

Overnight russian attack on Kyiv on July 31 killed Vitaliy Raboshchuk, 42, and his 18-year-old daughter, Vlada. Their beloved dog, Spike, also perished with the family.

4 of them were in Sviatoshynskyi district, 2 - in Solomianskyi district. Among the dead is a child, a six-year-old boy.

The rescue operation continues.

It's a horrible morning in Kyiv. The brutal Russian strikes destroyed entire residential buildings and damaged schools and hospitals. Civilians are injured and killed. There are still people under the rubble.

It is probably time to reduce to zero all of the timeframes that had been given to Putin to demonstrate a constructive approach. President Trump has been very generous and very patient with Putin, trying to find a solution.

Putin does it on purpose. He does not care about any attempts to put an end to the killing. He only seeks to destroy and kill. Because the entire existence of this war criminal is based on this senseless war, which he cannot win but refuses to end. He must face justice.

It's time to make him feel the pain and consequences of his choices. It's time to put maximum pressure on Moscow. It is time to synchronise all sanctions steps. It's time to achieve peace through strength.

Preliminarily, Russian troops deployed:
- Between 560 and 700 drones.

- about 500 Shahed drones and decoy drones
- 6–10 Iskander-M/KN-23 ballistic missiles
- 3–4 Iskander-K or Kh-101 cruise missiles.
