Once again,there is an effort by Kofi Bentil to spin away what we all know to be true about NAPO.When as Minister of Energy, he tells Ghanaians demanding a time table to plan their lives in the wake of Dumsor, to present their own time table,that is not "too known" or "confidence".

That is outrightly insulting,disrespectful, and contemptuous of the very people he is in office to serve. No public official talking to the public this way deserves to be rewarded with the Vice Presidency.

It is,in fact, even more insulting to attempt to hold brief for such a person.
