A guy messaged me on TikTok saying he's building a product for business owners and wanted us to work together.
I got excited.
He explained the idea, and honestly... it was actually a solid one.
So I asked:
"Nice. What exactly do you need my help with?"
He said he'd already started building it but had been stuck on one bug for MONTHS.
So I asked,
"Are you a developer? Do you actually understand what you're building?"
He replied,
"Not really. I'm using AI to build everything. I just need you to debug the AI's code."

AI don write code finish...
Na me come dey do customer care for the AI? π
I told him,
"I can absolutely help bring your idea to life, but that's called software development, and it's paid work."
Then he hit me with:
"You developers like feeling like mini gods."
Brother... if AI has done 99% of the work, why didn't it fix the bug too? ππ
When I got my first job as an intern developer. One of my first tasks was to work on the wallet system on the platform.
Mind you before then the most complex things Iβve built were a todo app and calculator using JavaScript.
That was when I realized that as a developer you have to know these:
1. No matter what the requirements are, they are technically possible.
2. If you donβt know it you must figure it out.
3. You cannot consistently say you donβt know/itβs not possible.
4. You must get it right.
I disappeared for a while trying to survive school π
Now I think Iβve finally adjusted, so Iβm backkk.
Also had my induction on Monday π₯Ήπ€
Happy induction to me πβ¨
