The Office of the National Chairman (ONC) has unveiled a new campaign slogan— "Settle for the best, M7 is the best"—ahead of Uganda’s 2026 general elections. Hajjat Hadijah Namyalo, the ONC manager and a key mobilizer for President Yoweri Museveni's supporters (Bazzukulu), announced that this slogan will be central to rallying Ugandans to vote for the the visionary leader.
This development follows the successful "Tova Ku Main" movement, spearheaded by SPA Namyalo, which persuaded president Museveni to accept running for another term.
The new slogan reinforces the NRM’s message that Museveni remains Uganda’s best leader.
With campaigns expected to intensify, the "Settle for the best" message will likely dominate NRM mobilizations, countering opposition slogans like "People Power".

Yesterday, I joined thousands of Ugandans in celebrating @JChameleone at his incredible concert. President Museveni's dedication to peace and stability has nurtured a vibrant environment where arts and creative talents flourish. Bazzukulu have freedom to realize their potential.
Head Office of the National Chairman-NRM SPA Namyalo Hadijah Uzeiye earlier today had an interaction with HE Yoweri Kaguta Museveni where he reaffirmed his commitment as support towards all ONC activities.
He also directed that with immediate effect, Hajjat Namyalo start the process of identifying NRM Cadres who will be in charge of vote protection in 2026.
Yesterday, I led a team of @onc_nrm coordinators and technical staff to meet our Jajja H.E President @KagutaMuseveni. We discussed a wide range of issues including strengthening the anti-poverty campaign and empowering bazzukulu. I thank H.E President Museveni for his guidance.
We strive to empower communities especially bazzukulu, economically by equipping them with self-help tools. When we invest in their potential, we unleash a ripple effect of prosperity on our economy that knows no bounds. It's this message we'll be taking to Kiryandongo on Friday.
