@muheediva01 1991 in #Dothan,Alabama. The 1st place that I paid rent for was a 2 bedroom/1 bathroom house with no insulation. $150/month. Light & Water bill was around $50-$80 a month. Natural gas bill was $45-$60 a month during winter.
