To them Muhammed Yunus was wrong despite the Nobel prize for his Micro Credit.
Too much hysteria over critical issues even from so called educated.

Given Nigeria’s population size and the positive reform trajectory, it’s still the economy to watch.
FX liberalisation, the fuel subsidy and fiscal reforms - each of these establishes the foundation for future gains.
The pain was taken upfront - now monitor the reward
Nigeria has seen once-in-a-generation reform.
For many Nigerians the recency of high inflation will feature disproportionately. This is understandable. But the reforms were necessary and make Nigeria stronger over time.
This matters a lot more than the scale of the rebasing.
@afalli@opesimps But a friend got it and he does not know anyone. He applied and went through the process. He celebrated it and currently making good use of it as a second Passport
why do I need a loan from them if I can secure a Bank Guarantee. So they take SME through two credit appraisal process. One for the BG and the other thru their own credit process.
There is the other issue of cost of BG and the cost of the provider of the loan , unless you can tell me that the loan is so cheap that the additional BG fee and cost of loan will be within the lower single digit.
The problem with funding SME in Nigeria and Africa is not only liquidity but in the fact that they are not within the rigid credit risk acceptance criteria for lending institutions, so if they have to go back to the same institutions to get BG I then how will the BG credit be apprised by the issuing banks.
Rubbish Agbada with cape…. Nah very nauseating. How can you make Agbada with cape in Ijebu land.
You will be looked at no more than a masquerade seeking attention
We are Ijebu people simple nice Jakan and that is all for a man.
Even the Minister over reached her self. A simple Aso Oke made of Iro and Buba would have been ok.
Bad advisers and poor read of the particular culture she was hopping to promote.
In Ijebu land a woman will not carry and walking stick, it is not us and will never be.
I am a son of the soil and we were trained by our parents on dress and culture both by frotally educating you and most times by you watching them dress out for events.
Cerebral palsy. Mocked as an imbecile and bullied by other children in Makoko.
Found Chess. Fought for his place in the world. Now he’s in America teaching USCF rated players lessons on the chess board.
This is what dreams are made of❤️
My man of the year is Taiwo Oyedele.
He is doing a great and most critical work for our economic recovery and gets pushed back but uses very calm explanation to get the message through, no drama no anger just a laser focus on getting the message through.
He is doing the media round himself and explaining to a very unreachable group of powerful people.
But the ones that should use their social media influence to support him are nowhere to be found, even the guys in the Abuja aka media aides.
We are all mute, we forgot that his role is one of the most critical for economic recovery and progress.
Salute to you Taiwo Oyedele. @taiwoyedele
@afalli My issue is actually that he endangered the life of other road users and tried to escape was caught and he then tried to not only self immolate but also take the life of a law enforcement officer.
If he survives he should have his day in Court.
@afalli But he was said to be driving against traffic and escaped and they Lastma guys caught up with him.
You need to know what this guys are up to before driving, not sure he was in a normal state of mind.
