You aren't saying the whole truth, sir. Data isn't cheap in Nigeria. As a foreigner, my LGU+ monthly bill in Korea is ₩9,900 [₦9,000] and it's for unlimited local calls, sms and data. I don't even get to use it because Korea has free public WiFi everywhere.
In fact, when regular signals fail, Korean telecom providers (SK Telecom, KT, and LG U+) offer free public Wi-Fi hotspots to keep subscribers connected when outside their standard mobile coverage or data plans like subways or remote areas.
