I was allocated seats on flights from Lagos to Montreal, first on 25/07/20 and then on 22/08/20 which both cancelled due to closure of the airspace. Now that the airspace is open, I made a request and your Lagos office says that I have to pay to fly disregarding my promo ticket.

However, while booking, I am constantly being redirected to the payment page and the price displayed certainly includes the ticket fare despite inputting the code at the beginning. Anyone having similar issues?
