We had a very informative session today about "Digital accessibility: eliminating digital barriers among persons with disabilities", where I spoke about ways with which we could improve web accessibility.

@Mochievous Myself and my friends have one already, if you’re interested, send a dm. We meet virtually every Sunday evening, so location isn’t a problem
@yfly58 A question boss, for someone coming from the Web/Software development background, does the course teach a step-by-step process on how to get these jobs for clients, ads and stuff?
@hackSultan By the way, i build web applications and websites. You might know someone that wants to go digital with their ideas. I’m open 24/7
PS: Creovus is Creative Design & Development Agency that I am starting out. 😁
I have always said this, we need more solutions specific to business needs, and not just a generic tool that doesn’t understand the operational rudiments of that particular business.
Beautiful piece, thanks for sharing 👏🏾
Horizontal software moves money around.
Vertical software runs your actual operation.
A restaurant in Lagos doesn't need a general ledger. It needs software that knows its menu, tracks kitchen inventory, manages staff schedules, processes payments, and flags when the tomatoes are running low.
One is a spreadsheet. The other runs the business.
@IamAYINLA@GbengaWemimo Just like you rightly said, a foundation.
Checks all the instances in the bible where anyone wanted to pick a wife, God didn’t outright say this is the one. Remember the story of Isaac? The servant prayed and said any woman that shows him kindness. “He that finds!”
@IamAYINLA@GbengaWemimo No, he didn’t.
God thought that man shouldn’t be alone therefore creating Eve. When Adam saw her, he said “now this is the bone of my bone and flesh of my flesh”. God didn’t make Adam wife Eve.
He gives you subtle guidance on how to go about it, but will not outright pick.
