The statistics in this new video underscore the state of Northern Ireland’s historic environment.

When King Edward VII and Queen Alexandra visited Belfast in July 1903, thousands lined the streets to catch a glimpse of the royal couple.
A group of people even found their way to the roof of the Old Museum Building, which is now the home of @ulsterahs!
The In Your Area App allows you to upload photographs, stories, research, and oral histories about those buildings that are important to you, helping us to create a richer record of our historic environment.

It's been a while since you've heard from us, but the lights are back on for Hands-On Heritage.
Not sure what it's all about?
