Shaming people does not move the needle when selling info, even moreso high ticket to serious people
This is the fallacy believed by white kids on IG who talk like Tate for views
They ruin all hopes of a future reputation in exchange for a broke audience who doesn't want to pay them
Every person I've seen do this can't sell above $2k ticket without financing
Even the ones with hundreds of thousands of followers
Twitter is a platform for fun/connections
Some people sell B2B successfully on here
But don't try model what people say on here as a means to sell info
Or for a second think anything on here is a good strategy to attract info clients at scale
Very poor strategy
The way you make money in a super sophisticated market that is heavily sceptical
Is you stop selling
Push marketing stops working in spaces like the agency space or lead gen because everyone has been burned
The reason most agencies fail is because they think if they just get better at sales or shove more traffic through their funnel they make more money
The goal is to turn your conversion mechanism into real value
I've seen people do this in many ways for example:
– Giving away actually useful processes/workflows people can implement in their biz
– Audits that are actually valuable (does not work if you are a loser)
– I've also seen people give away calculators/revenue forecasting tools
– Actually useful workshops
Basically anything that people can actually take and use in their business to get results
Hormozi is the best example of this
By the time you see an ad from him it's a no brainer to buy, even though he operates in probably the most sophisticated market there is
This also works in Bizop but with an adapted approach
The highest ROI hire in any info biz is a good CMO
Everyone I've seen who hires a good CMO takes away 70% of their workload as an offer owner
And they are incredibly cheap compared to what they produce
I'm in the process of hiring a CMO and I've been super impressed with the level of talent across the board
Closest thing you can get to having a cofounder for $10k-$20k/month
Especially in agency work, having someone spend all their time on ad angles, CRO, launching webinars, etc seems a cheat code for the price
I would say above $100k/month this is the highest ROI hire for any info biz
If you're running an info biz under $50k/month
The problem is never traffic or your sales team
Realistically you can get up to $100k/month or close to it even with a pretty small audience and founder led sales
It's almost always the offer
Any info biz I talk to under $50k/month, first thing I look at is the offer and the audience
You are either selling the wrong offer to your audience
Or the offer simply isn't good enough and you don't understand what your audience wants
AI can make your landing pages, ads, copy, all for you, it's basically a given that they are all up to at least acceptable standard
Your job as a marketer is literally to understand your audience well enough to give them a no brainer offer that resonates
The problem with a lot of info marketers and gurus
They treat conversion mechanisms as a one shot opportunity to collect cash
So they decrease friction and load calendars with as many sales calls as possible
The problem with this is you get slammed with no shows
Because you are prematurely forcing people to buy
Doesn't matter whether you're using VLSs, webinars, ascension funnels
Especially on cold traffic
You need people to sit in your ecosystem and consume as much as possible before getting on a sales call
Webinars should have retargeting ads + setters calling non buyers or people who didn't book a call
Ascension funnels should have an extra value based conversion step where people interact with more of your content
VSLs direct call funnels should ram content to prospects pre call and even post call for no shows and no sales
If you're going to push something down your audience's throats, make it content rather than CTAs
One creates trust while the other causes scepticism
It's so easy to actually make good copy with AI
I mean near perfect output copy
It's just a game of actually providing claude with as much context as possible
As well as warming it up with the right prompts/research
Anyone who says AI isn't up to par has no idea how to use it
We are discovering new angles from loading hundreds of sales calls of data
Categorising and recording data points on everything we can think of on our audience
A human copywriter cannot do this or account for this much information input
Copywriting in the future will be a game of understanding fundamentals + assembly once everyone gets access to the ability to write great copy
Crazy to think a year ago Claude had no internet access and now it can research an entire market segment
Most info niches are still pretty low competition for selling to older demographic
Look at Thatch Nguyen for example
They run over $1M/month selling to corporate professionals
Basically all their clients are 40-60+
Almost everyone at that age is worth at least $500k, to fork out $10k-$15k is not difficult
Yet it's only really the top players that go after that customer base
And most guys doing $100k-$200k/month can't scale because they end up fighting with everyone else to sell to broke people
Every small info biz I've seen that cracks cold traffic marketing + sales process for this demographic ends up scaling to at least $5M/year pretty quickly
There's an info guy selling a $300 course
Over $30M in front end revenue
Getting people certified for becoming a Notary Loan Signing Agent
With upsells on the back end he could well have done over 9 figures
The guys printing long term in info are always in an obscure niche
Seen this pattern with basically all the top brands doing $2M+/month
Always a very unique avatar, niche or mechanism
Basic dropshipping, Trading, Amazon FBA is super saturated yet it's what everyone wants to get into
These are pretty much a pump and dump
It's crazy how many people who are actually printing in fields like ecom, affiliate, etc
Are turned off by selling info because they think they need to dance in front of the camera to get views
You can build such a tasteful info business that doesn't require any of this
And still print $200k/month in free cashflow
Actually impact people's lives
Do partnership deals with your students
Have your team handle a lot of the fulfilment
High margin low cortisol business for anyone actually printing with a real biz
I've worked with a bunch of trading programs in the past
99% of them are straight scams and have refund problems
Don't get me wrong selling trading info is a good business
But daytrading itself is not productive to society
You are not learning meaningful skills that add value or are transferable
It's akin to gambling
Anyone running a trading program, interview your top students a year after their 'wins'
If you look into it you'll realise almost none of them see long term success
Because it's a model built on fast results, posting the flashy side to keep the beast alive, and sweeping the failures under the rug
I don't know any traders who are making money long term trading
No one beats the S&P500 long term and this is a known fact
There is a reason why billionaires don't daytrade
Every 'growth operator' I know who is actually making money
Is not finding offers doing $300k/month and taking a 20% revshare
This is the biggest BS sold to kids wanting to get into info
Anyone who has done anything in this space either worked for a top tier company since day 1 and scaled from 0
Or runs publishing deals
There is no in between
This is why I believe most of the BS being taught like 'send 100 outreach messages a day' is dead
Not because outreach doesn't work
But because you are playing a losing game that peaks at $5k/month
The goal you have been sold doesn't exist
The companies you are targeting have operators and a team around them, and your success relies on finding unicorns which is never a good business plan
Usually these systems are designed to make you back just enough money to logically justify not refunding the $5k course you paid for
You really gotta respect the OGs in the internet money game who on took all the risk for us
Now online money is a mainstream industry
There are standard playbooks for how to make your first $1M in ecom, info, trading, etc
How to build a good career in this space
The biggest risk is just success taking a few years longer than expected
15+ years ago the people doing this didn't even know if it was actually possible to make a real career out of it
Putting everything on the line
The real risk was spending 5-10 years in a dead industry that didn't end up turning into anything
Wasting half your peak years with nothing to show for it
Big respect to the people who paved the way
It's crazy how most solid agencies charge $8k-$20k/month in fees
And most good employees get paid a little more
But have less expectation and higher retention
Because business owners feel more like they still own the work
I truly believe you can stack 3 or 4 $10k-$20k/month roles easily by outsourcing grunt work at 50%+ margin
Most marketers on payroll really don't do much output on a daily basis
I'll be testing stacking a few roles on the side to see if this is really outsourceable
If successful best believe I'm running a bizop out of this
It's mindblowing how many $50k-$100k/month organic creators there are
Who just don't run ads because they either don't know how to
Or are scared of paying for good marketing talent to do so
But then proceed to spend $25k on seminars about growing organically
The idea that you can grow to $500k+/month organically is a gimmick sold by A tier gurus
Because it's extremely profitable for them
Unrealistic for most people and going viral is a terrible business plan to rely on
Paid ads is the way for 99% of info businesses to scale
Someone should make an AI tool that tracks all your spendings and subscriptions via bank connection
Then searches the internet for every subscription to suggest cheaper alternatives
I was going through my bank statements to send my accountant for taxes
I fed them all into Claude and realised in the last 2 years
I'm spending a ridiculous amount on random softwares and things I don't even use anymore
Every rich person I know spends at least $100k/year on insurance
Boat, car, house, investment property, business, workers compensation, etc
Recommending cheaper alternatives for insurance, subscriptions, etc would be the craziest affiliate play
Make it free to get as many people as possible in
Charge companies for affiliate / SEO / advertising
I genuinely think this could be taken to a billion dollar idea
Everyone should have someone who works for them
That is cracked at AI
I've got a guy who works for me that used to be a senior software dev
Who just feeds me all the latest claude plugins, skills, functionalities, etc
I'm so tapped in without having to pay any attention to the AI world
Organic content is the easiest way to grow a $50k-$100k/month info biz
Doesn't require high marketing skill like paid ads do
Don't really need a really good funnel to convert
But the biggest thing you need to get right is the content
I see so many small creators go way too broad with their content
Most try run super TOF content like Brezscales
It just doesn't work because TOF ideas don't have consistent mass appeal when you have no presence yet
You need to build a niche audience through BOF skewed content
Your TOF is closer to the MOF that huge creators run
Otherwise your content just won't compete
Often the way you get views and authority over large creators in your niche
Is go more in depth on your specific audience's problems
Large creators can't do this to the same extent because their audiences are too big
So they largely cater for unaware and problem aware market segments
For this reason a new creator should never try organically compete at these awareness levels
Every person I've seen do this correct is able to print at least $50k/month from an audience of a few thousand followers organically
Correct
If the algo affects your revenue you aren't as valuable as you think
These people grow using gimmick tactics that generate views and no revenue
Anyone who actually makes money on social media understands the algo is largely irrelevant
There are a series of fundamental psychological principles
Combined with an understanding of your market
Which allow you to choose where you want to position yourself in a market
How viral you want to be
Control how much influence you have over your audience
And ultimately generate the only thing that really matters which is revenue
Honestly should not be sharing this and most of my clients would kill me for posting it publicly
I run a content method that has done hundreds of millions of views across X accounts in the last 14 months.
NONE of it has anything to do with the leaked X algorithm
It comes down to one variable 99% of people on this app have never been told…
Here's the actual rule…
X "leaked" their source code last week and every operator with 80k+ followers is currently publishing 9 tweet threads explaining it.
Slop scores. Banger detectors. In-network boosts. Decay functions. Shadowban labels. "Stop posting your AI dragon videos."
Read 3 of these threads and you've read all of them. The conclusion they all reach is the exact same conclusion:
Post quality content. Don't be AI slop. Don't bait. Don't post 12 times a day. Be in-network. Avoid NSFW labels
That's the rule that has run every social platform since myspace launched in 2003. Literally nothing changed about how X works.
The same operators who couldn't write a viral tweet last month are now selling you a 9 tweet thread explaining why they can't write one
Funniest part of the whole thing is that the algorithm doesn't do what they think it does
The algo isn't an opponent. It's not a math problem to outsmart. It's a thermometer. Sits in the corner of every post measuring one thing. Did a real human stay on this or did he scroll
Every "leaked signal" in that code is the thermometer's read-out. The thermometer doesn't make the fire. You make the fire. The thermometer just measures it
Now here's where this gets fucking saucy
I'll probably regret writing the rest of this out in the open but whatever
There's exactly one variable that decides whether a post does 200 views or 2 million views and 99% of operators on this app have never been told it
Once you understand it, going viral becomes embarrassingly predictable. Every "algorithm hack" you've ever read becomes irrelevant the day you internalise the rule
The rule is this:
The size of the audience whose belief your first sentence violates IS the ceiling of your post. Forever. Every platform. Every era of marketing since 1947. Every product ever sold to humans
That's it. That's the whole game. Read it again
Now the part that takes 95% of operators 7 months to figure out, if they ever do at all
There are 3 tiers of beliefs you can violate with a first sentence. Each tier has a hard ceiling. The ceiling is set the second you type that first sentence and nothing else moves it. Not formatting. Not editing. Not your follower count. Not the algorithm
TIER 1: Beliefs only your sub-niche holds
Stuff like "cold email open rates dropped 8% in Q3" or "most ecom brands undervalue their backend funnel" or "Section 179 rules just changed for SUVs"
Maybe 4,000 humans on earth hold the prior belief strong enough to feel the violation. The other 8 billion read it and feel literally nothing because they don't have the prior belief to begin with
Ceiling on a tier 1 hook: 30k views. The algorithm did its job. It measured how fast every non-niche reader scrolled past and killed the post
This is where 95% of you live. You've been writing tier 1 hooks for 7 months and blaming the algo for the 30k view ceiling that's mathematically baked into the choice you made before you ever hit publish
TIER 2: Beliefs your industry's broader category holds
Stuff like "most marketers think CAC is the right metric. Wrong" or "real estate investors are pricing rates wrong this year"
Maybe 400,000 humans hold the prior. Ceiling: 200k views. Bookmarked by a few hundred operators in adjacent niches. Never breaks containment
Algo lights up green for those 200k humans because they stayed, lights up red for the other 7.99 billion who scrolled
TIER 3: Beliefs every adult on earth holds without realising they hold them
McDonald's is a burger company. Hospitals charge fair prices. The IRS will destroy you. Diamonds are valuable because they're rare. Marriage requires a ring. Insurance pays out claims. Casinos are random. Schools educate. Banks are vaults. Wine got better as it got expensive
Every adult holds 200+ of these beliefs without ever having examined them once in their life
Tier 3 violations are the only first sentences that break 1 million views. Period. No exceptions
Go pull the top 50 posts on this platform from any month in the last 3 years and stare at the first sentence of each. Every single one violates a tier 3 belief. Not one of them is tier 1
The neurological reason this happens is stupid simple once you see it
The reader's brain runs pattern-completion half a second ahead of his conscious reading. When your first 30 characters set up a familiar institution his pattern engine has already auto-completed what comes next based on his existing belief about that institution
When your next 20 characters deliver something that violates the auto-completion, the engine throws a mismatch error. He cannot scroll until the error resolves
Tier 1 hooks never trigger the error because the reader's pattern engine doesn't even have an auto-completion for "Section 179 SUV deductions." It registers "industry jargon" and scrolls in 200 milliseconds
Now the converting half. This is the part that turns 2 million views into $500k of inbound
Going viral and converting at the same time requires one move 99% of operators get backwards
The hook violates a tier 3 belief. Then by sentence 4 of the body, you bridge that same hidden logic into the specific market your offer serves
Not sentence 8. Not paragraph 6. Sentence 4
That's the window where the reader's pattern engine is still hot from the hook violation and ready to accept that your offer runs on the same hidden mechanism as the universal entity in the hook
The bridge structure is this:
"This is the same mechanism every [reader's industry] founder is sleeping on right now"
Then 2-3 sentences mapping the universal entity onto his world. Then operational steps. Then proof. Then a closer that fits on a post-it the reader can screenshot and send to his team
Most operators write a tier 3 hook then stay broad for 800 words. They write 400 more words about McDonald's. Post does 500k views and zero DMs
Viral hit happened. Conversion didn't. Reader exited thinking about burgers instead of thinking about your offer
That's the difference between a viral creator with no money and a creator quietly clearing six figures off the same posts
Once the bridge fires correctly, every signal in that leaked X source code lights up green automatically
Dwell time stretches past 90 seconds because the reader is mentally re-filing his own business model. Shares stack because the reader is screenshotting the post-it closer and dropping it in his team slack. In-network boost compounds because his followers see him engaging. The slop score lights up clean because actual humans actually read it cover to cover
Y You wrote one sentence that violated a belief held by 4 billion humans and a second sentence that mapped the same logic back to the audience you actually wanted to convert. The algorithm just measured what happened
Run the numbers:
One post in the right shape pulls 200k to 2M impressions. 500 to 3,000 profile clicks. 20 to 300 inbound DMs. 5 to 80 calls booked. 3 to 50 closes at $5-50k AOV
$15k to $2M+ from a single post over 30-90 days as it compounds. Stack 30 a year and one twitter account becomes a 7 to 8 figure asset. Zero ads. Zero email list. Zero follower count required
Reading X source code is what people do when they don't know how to write the first sentence
The eight figure operators on this app aren't decoding shit. They're picking tier 3 beliefs and bridging by sentence 4
Most of you will read this and still bookmark another algo thread on Monday
If you have a real offer above $5k AOV and you want to stop screaming into the void…
