@ChrisMartzWX That's great but we never had that chance either. I would have 10x as much had it just gone into a regular investment portfolio. Not sure what the poll question was, but the answer would be "no. we need to cut spending, fraud and grift. Problem then goes away."
@ChrisMartzWX There is so much fraud, grift and waste in Medicare that if only half of it were eliminated the program would be fine. SS has been looted since the program started, if all money for SS had stayed in the fund, it would be perfectly solvent.
@ErikWestre@TrumpDailyPosts If Israel and AIPAC say "jump!", the Democrats say "how high" just like Repubs. Not to mention that everyone's pal Zelinskyy is busy launching drone attacks on Russian oils and gas facilities further screwing us over.
@GuntherEagleman Sure, that is what it is. But when supply drops because we start stupid wars in the middle east and our "pal" Zelinskyy is bombing Russian oil and gas facilities then you know why the prices are high.
@Salih09207659@FlatEarthZone Uh, they did go back to the moon 5 times. Stupid flerfs are convinced that there was only one moon landing and that's all that they show.
@PhenShaneMaga@GuntherEagleman Those refineries were closed when gas was $2.50 a gallon last year also. Fruitless middle-east wars don't help. Also, where are the regulation and permit reforms to allow for more refineries to be built? Do-nothing Republicans really frustrate the base.
@amelia_tweetz Government-mandated 32 hour week? Nothing could possibly go wrong with that. The 40 hour week came out of practicality, 5 x 8 hour days. But hey, let's get the Gov more involved.
@ErikWestre@TrumpDailyPosts Yes to the war comment. But anyone who thinks that a Democrat administration would not be in the same war has not been paying attention for the last 75 years.
@realMAG1775 Oh gee, maybe the party in power should have bothered to change regulations to allow the building of more refineries. But of course they opted to do nothing.
@SteveL3385 Yeah, but all of that happened and gas was still $2.29 in Missouri a year ago or so. But it looked like a good idea to start more wars in the middle east so.......
