Blunt Force Trama is different than a Bullet designed for piercing a Tank, traveling at Mach 3. He's not Bullet Proof. He's been Shot with Small Caliber Rounds. He's been Stabbed. He's been cut just by falling Rubble. With that being true, a 50cal round fired at Half a Mile would absolutely go right through him.

No, but when it's an angry Mob comprised of people that very well could have Guns and mean them harm, that's a different story. They are Human Beings with Families they want to go home to. In the Comics the Difference was Bruce was completely Irradiated to become the Hulk. Jennifer got it through a Blood Transfusion. She was Weaker and maintained her Personality because she doesn't become a Rage Monster due to the lower level of Gamma Radiation. In the show it's because she's a Woman.....
