Ways to survive #ValentinesDay
💕💔♥️
Valentine’s Day...I appreciate this can be a difficult day for many, for lots of reasons... loneliness, being single, grief, divorce etc. If you are single and want a partner, or you have just broken up with a partner, Valentine’s Day and all those heart-strewn days leading up to it can be difficult. So I wanted to give you a few survival tips for tomorrow!
But please do remember Valentine’s Day is just another commercial day (!) that’s just like any other day, so do not let it be a day that gets you down! But I know this is all much easier said than done, so I want to send those of you who will find tomorrow hard.. so much love, and I hope these tips go some way in helping you get through it.
Love Julia x

Please #saytheirname. Don’t be worried about talking about the person who has died.
Sharing memories and using their name will make a huge difference to those grieving, and will help to keep their memory alive.
Thank you 🧡
I lost my beautiful son James, every day is the same. I have found peace in my allotment, it is one place I can shut off from the pain.
I also have a Grief Companion, we talk every week. She is wonderful, she lost a son many years ago, so understands how I feel. - Linda #NBPD23
