People in Tamil Nadu have set an incredibly low bar for their politicians.

For years, you kept electing politicians who couldn’t even extend the basic courtesy of wishing Hindus on their festivals - the one religious community they routinely felt comfortable ignoring. Now, suddenly, you gush over a new-age politician simply because he wished you, even while his government’s actions remain discriminatory toward Hindu places of worship.

It’s time to develop some self-respect. Stop rewarding politicians who abandon secularism when it comes to Hindus. Demand a government that treats every religion equally, regardless of the politician’s ideology.

With already in progress Chennai Bangalore express way and HSR, this is obvious the geographical advantage Parandur has.

Parandur: Almost the entire 60 km is useful Tamil Nadu territory- Chennai, Kancheepuram, Sriperumbudur and surrounding areas.

Whole KTCC can greatly benefit.

Gummidipoondi: A big part of the 60 km sorrounding area extends into Andhra Pradesh, while another big part is toward the sea.

Cheyyur: A huge part of the 60 km is simply the Bay of Bengal.

Gummidipoondi airport will be half for tn and that too only chennai and half for APs growth, and same farmlands are there. Which one do you prefer?
