@OgTpod@PenguinPanic I feel like a big problem here is that the audience knows so much more than the characters, and its dull watching them catch up, especially when they don't have their own arcs going on. Side characters Podcast and Paul Rudd are standouts because they have a personality
@OgTpod@SeanMeansJohn Ah, 90s tech-thrillers, where would the fate of the world hinged on a floppydisk (or the ESC key) While not as cringe as I assumed, theres something oddly dull about how powerful the antagonist corporation already is
OBT: Enemy of the State which has a greater feel of cat & mouse
@OgTpod @NellHeald What starts as tense and intriguing really makes a turn for boring and stupid. So many scenes were undermined by characters heavily under-reacting as well. Sam Jackson's logical deduction that none of them will survive is a standout moment, but the rest is just disappointing
Why is there always a crying child everywhere you go? Like come on kid, this is an OfficeWorks. I know you wanted the Keji Manila Document Wallets Foolscap 20 Pack, but they're sold out and you need to be cool about it
