It is a grand irony that the UK Left rail against misogyny wherever they want to see it, yet encourage, support and rely upon the most misogynistic voters imaginable, Muslims.
@GBPolitcs I had to attend the Labour Party conference as a member of bbc it support - the police checks and photo ID requirements were insane!
@UKLabour demands ID for attending their conferences but is OK with no ID to vote, all on the same week they’re on about foreign interference
Britain has outgrown France and Germany since Brexit. Yet Labour is determined to drag us backwards.
We should be using our Brexit freedoms to slash regulations, take back control of our borders, leave the ECHR and rebuild Britain.
So just to be clear.
The largest economies of the EU are asking for an emergency brake to exist, so they can ignore and stop new EU laws from hurting their economies.
The UK already has that - its called Brexit. We left, so their damaging laws don't hit us at all.
NEW: @marthamaccallum presses Abdul El-Sayed on whether he supports U.S. terrorist designations for Muslim Brotherhood organizations in Lebanon, Egypt and Jordan.
"I will support a terrorist designation for any organization that is engaged in or committed to political violence."
When asked again about the existing designations, El-Sayed says he would support them for organizations "engaged in political violence or calling for political violence."
@TheStoryFNC
'Is this not what a state-sponsored invasion of Britain looks like?'
@PatrickChristys fumes at the police's response to protesters in Gosport, where around 150 migrants arrived in a mega-dinghy over the weekend.
The best thing about Tottenham (where I grew up) being exposed to a wide audience as welfare ground zero is that it helps a case I often make on this platform. I didn’t need the data to tell me that almost 30K households in David Lammy’s constituency - the home of rioting, crime, social decay, and disturbing demographics - were claiming UC or the benefits that came before it, because the people in a place like Tottenham (which has the largest welfare bill of any constituency, at £624.9 million) will *just tell you*.
We imagine topics like personal finances (and especially benefits) to be taboo and something that, thanks to good old British reservedness, people would never dare openly discuss. But the people in a place like Tottenham are not British. They do not share our sensibilities.
The Somalis, Eritreans, Nigerians, Turks, Kurds, Albanians and others in Tottenham will straight up tell you about the various benefits they’re claiming. They’ll even tell you about their dodgy DLA/PIP claims and the various ways in which they scam the system. They’ll tell you about their Motability car and the fraudulent way they obtained it. They’ll openly tell you about their “friend from my village” who works at the council’s housing department and who they bunged £10K cash to get a nicer social housing property with more bedrooms and a garden. The fraud is out in the open and totally normalised.
Yet when I describe this phenomenon to faux leftist white middle-class people, they instantly dismiss it as the stuff of far-right conspiracies theories. I understand why they instinctively do so, because this is behaviour that is totally alien to us British people (with some exceptions for the underclass - but even they’re more savvy and secretive than the Somalis et al when it comes to their benefit claims).
The reason middle-class Sensibles™ can comfortably dismiss what I am describing, is because they do not live among the “diversity” the claim to love. They do not have socially housed Somalian neighbours who openly describe how they got three of their kids diagnosed with ADHD by using a online Conners Rating Scale and harassing their GP for a CAMHS referral, and how they obtained PIP for their “trauma” from the war back home, and their Motability car.
But, to those dismissive people, I say respectfully: listen to those of us who know what we are talking about and have direct “lived experience” of this stuff. The people we have imported over the last thirty or so years are not like us and never will be. They do not share our sensibilities. If I tell you about the kids in my school discussing the new cars their mums were driving and how they “got it free from like the government and dat”, or Turkish neighbours gloating that they’ve managed to secure DLA for young Hasan, Ali and Mehmet (a hat-trick!), I really am not making it up.
I’m glad everyone is discussing the scale of benefit claims in places like Tottenham, Edmonton, Hackney, and elsewhere. Sunlight is the best disinfectant.

The Naval flagship City of Portsmouth, home to the Royal Marines HQ. A city where you’d think they would not stand a chance of breaching & one where you think @UKLabour would have a bit of pride and obvious global defence status to not allow an optical breach of this Military Naval City to the world. Highlighting to them that all our defences are down. I’m in absolute shock but not surprised when you have a Home Office with not one influential Briton in sight! How can you expect them to understand the importance, the standards, the values and the fierce proud history of our great nation, to therefore morally implement a zero tolerance approach to ever allowing an invasion (in particular) on the shores of Portsmouth!
So detached and out of sync with anything British and English morals, values and standards.
This ladies and gents is why we must at all costs get Labour out IMMEDIATELY. They are literally facilitating this invasion and now showing the world that we are at our weakest and most vulnerable!
I haven't been this angry in a very, very, very long time.
I arrived in this country legally. Like any human being arriving in Britain, I was asked questions at the airport about who I was and what I was doing in Britain.
I answered all questions. I provided my passport and legal documents.
I worked harder than most. I believe in Britain and fight for its future. My work has led to the deportation of terrorists and terrorism supporters.
I paid more tax than the overwhelming majority in this country.
Yet, successive British governments have pretty much said "fuck off, you cunt" to people like me.
When I arrived, I was on my own. No police escorts. No medical checks. No free accommodation. And that's how it should be.
Yet, if you are an invader who could potentially commit horrible crimes in this country, and you may have done so wherever you came from, the state receives you as if you're a senior diplomat on an official visit.
Fuck this injustice.
We now need to treat the extremism and socialism espoused by @UKLabour as moral perversion.
‘Progressive’ is just a blanket word for decadence, decay and deceit.
