In Birmingham, three black men attack a drunk white kid. A female police officer runs in, protects the attackers, and immediately goes after the white victim.

One of Britain's 'first gay dads' and his husband have both been charged with rape, sexual assault and modern slavery trafficking for sexual exploitation.

Barrie Drewitt-Barlow, 57, also the UK's first openly homosexual football club owner, and his 'husband' Scott Hutchison, 32, will appear at Chelmsford Magistrates' Court today.

ITV were in the process of making a documentary about him.

It comes after Essex Police raided the couple's home in Danbury on Wednesday, with officers understood to have forced entry by knocking through a wooden fence.

Britains first gay dad and his lover have been charged with child sex offences.

Barrie Drewitt-Barlow and his second husband Scott Hutchinson originally said they were not guilty of rape, sexual assault and modern slavery trafficking for sexual exploitation last month.

They have now been charged with 18 more offences.

They have a daughter and a son together through a surrogate.

Remember in May, Barrie Drewitt-Barlow and his husband, Scott, were accused of multiple offences including rape, sexual assault and sex trafficking?

Yesterday they were in Chelmsford Crown Court where 18 additional charged were brought against them.

These new charges include multiple counts of rape, sexual assault sexual activity with a child between 2013 and 2026.

The men are accused of grooming and exploiting young boys.

Trial has been set for January 2027.

Fun facts about these two:

Barrie (and his previous partner) were one of the first gay couples to have children (twins - a boy and a girl) via a surrogate.

The girl (Saffron - in the video below) was actually in a relationship with Scott. Then her “father” married him.

Barrie and Scott have had multiple children using surrogates and IVF, and some reports say they used Saffron’s eggs for those children.

Barrie and Scott own a football club (Maldon & Tiptree), which was also raided by the police before these new charges were made.

Barrie and his previous “husband” (Tony) founded and operate The British Surrogacy Centre, facilitating the transfer of hundreds of babies in the UK and US, including many to gay couples.
