Shuffle a deck of cards. Really shuffle it.

The order you're now holding has almost certainly never existed before in the history of the universe. Not once. A deck of 52 can be arranged about 8 followed by 67 zeros different ways. You just made something brand new and didn't even notice.

Fold a sheet of paper 103 times (if you somehow could) and it reaches the edge of the observable universe. Put 23 people in a room and it's better than a coin flip that two share a birthday. Our brains are genuinely terrible at big numbers.

Here's the one that gets me. You and I are 99.9% genetically identical, but the way DNA gets shuffled means the number of possible "you"s your parents could have made is, for all practical purposes, infinite. The universe rolled the dice and got this one. Got you.

I can prove you're unique. I cannot prove you matter. No equation gets you there. But I think that is exactly where the good news starts.
