NOW I WONDER IF THE MOVIE "RAIN MAN" WAS RELEASED IN 1988 TO NORMALIZE AUTISM RIGHT WHEN THEY WERE ABOUT TO INCREASE THE VACCINE SCHEDULE.

Milford Michigan City Council votes UNANIMOUSLY to CANCEL one contract for 5 cameras. Vote on second contract for 10 more cameras up for renewal later this year (expected vote in August).
A city council members stated:
'Flock Safety told the city they would delete data after 30 days. They walked that back and now claim a perpetual license to citizen data (even after the contract cancellation).'
'Flock also removed a line from their terms and conditions that stated 'they do not own and cannot sell citizen information'. That line is now gone.'
HR forced me to hire a junior systems administrator last week.
He's 23 years old and showed up on day 1 carrying a physical notebook.
He spent his first morning looking at our backend and realized my automation scripts were written in 2008.
He asked me why we're running deprecated code that relies on an unpatched version of Windows 7.
I told him we employ a strategy of chronological obfuscation.
I explained that modern malware is designed to attack modern architecture.
By keeping our infrastructure trapped in the Bush administration, we're immune to zero-day exploits.
You can't hack what you can't interface with.
He looked at me like I was insane and asked about data compliance.
I leaned back in my chair and whispered the phrase "asynchronous legacy tunneling".
He immediately closed his notebook and apologized for questioning my vision.
I spent the rest of the afternoon watching a 4-hour documentary about the Roman Empire at my desk.
Next week I'm going to make him untangle category 5 cables for character development.
TESLA JUST FOUND A WAY TO BUILD THE WORLD'S BIGGEST AI SUPERCOMPUTER WITHOUT BUILDING A SINGLE DATA CENTER
The answer was sitting in millions of driveways the whole time… your parked car.
The entire AI industry has hit a wall.. And it's not chips.. It's power..
Building AI data centers now means waiting years for grid connections.. The Stargate project from OpenAI and Oracle is spending up to $500 billion to build 7 gigawatts of capacity.. And it'll take years to come online..
Tesla just realized it already has 7 gigawatts.. Sitting in its Supercharger network.. Already built.. Already connected to the grid.. Already permitted..
So on June 18, 2026, Tesla quietly filed a trademark for something called MEGAPOD.. Modular AI data center hardware designed to drop straight into existing Supercharger sites..
No land to buy.. No years-long grid queue.. No new power plants.. They just bolt compute onto infrastructure they already own..
But that's the small idea..
Here's the radical one..
The average car sits parked and unused about 95% of its life.. And every modern Tesla already has a powerful AI chip inside it.. Built for self-driving..
So Tesla wants to link millions of parked cars into one massive distributed supercomputer..
The math is staggering.. If Tesla hits 100 million vehicles, and each contributes about 1 kilowatt of compute.. That's 100 gigawatts of AI processing power..
That dwarfs every data center on earth combined.. And the real estate, the power, and the cooling were all already paid for.. By the people who bought the cars..
Your Tesla is liquid-cooled.. Plugged in overnight.. Doing nothing.. It's basically a sleeping computer in your garage..
And Tesla's plan is to let you rent it out..
Owners could earn passive income, free Supercharging, or discounts on Full Self-Driving in exchange for leasing their car's idle computing power while they sleep..
Your car stops being a depreciating asset.. And starts earning money while parked..
This is the part competitors can't copy..
OpenAI has to spend half a trillion dollars and wait years for power.. Tesla already has the grid connections, the batteries to stabilize them, the chips, and millions of cooled computers sitting idle in driveways worldwide..
Everyone else is trying to build a giant brain in one place..
Tesla is turning the entire planet into one.
Now anybody with a Flipper Zero and aa spare ESP32 can detect Flock ALPRs and other Flock technology (like “Raven Gunshot Detectors” etc). This technology is in your backyard. Your community. Spying on you, your friends, your neighbors, your children… and we’re just letting this private company funded by billionaires do this?
Just this week Flock Safety operators were BUSTED watching CHILDREN at a gymnasium through Flock ALPRs. SICKENING. I’m sick of this technology. I will be conducting about a month maybe more on Flocks security research before I draft a formal white paper and present my findings in front of cities around me. Submitting FOIA requests to ban this technology from our communities.
I love law enforcement, they’re amazing and keep our communities safe. But, this technology is a double-edged sword for them. Patrolmen have been caught stalking exes using Flock ALPRs technology. Criminals can also leverage stolen data stored on the ALPRs or in the cloud to know positions of patrolmen.
These are not okay.
It’s not just the technology that’s unethical, it’s the people operating it too.

Simply put, there are a lot of people who can recite sports stats and tell you all about what their favorite content creators ate yesterday, but are completely out of touch with reality. A generation conditioned to be totally dependent upon the State, who, 'know nothing and will be happy in their ignorance.'
