Always remember high tax rates only affect the poor who can't pay an army of tax accounts to offset it.

Make it so for every year you work in a rural hospital a chunk of your education debt is paid or take the 100k fee and use it towards educating Americans who financially can't afford to go to medical school.

@nickmmark Many of these hospitals are billion dollar corporations, you're telling me they are so greedy they won't pay for a cheap non American replacement? I highly doubt that. The money collected should be used to pay to educate new American doctors.

@nickmmark We live in a country of over 300 million people maybe we should encourage US children to become doctors by providing a significant education discount if they work in rural hospitals for the first 10 years of their practice. That would fix a huge problem.
