The Supreme Court is not a politically partisan institution. Trump wins some cases and loses others.

Birthright citizenship, tariffs, census citizenship question, and deployment of national guard were all loses for Trump.

Important to remember that gubernatorial races can buck the national environment *a lot* more easily than a Senate race, so Hong would be a bigger headache for Dems than AES.
