@AmericanAir I just had 3 AA planes in a row run into major technical issues (all 3 had to be towed away from the gate) in the last 24 hours: AA78 DFW>LHR, AA636 DFW>AUS and now AA775 DFW>AUS.

The chances of 3 major mechanical failures in a row are extremely low… the fleet seems to be falling apart. Very negative network and customer service experience. Was offered motel 8 after AA delayed DFW to LHR (business class, paid in cash) by 22 hours and nobody at DFW knows how to issue refunds…
