Don’t trust @DeltaVacations they left us high and dry on our anniversary trip to Europe. Downgraded from Delta One, still charged for our hotel. Delayed hours with no food or water. A true nightmare. @DeltaVacAgents didn’t help and just punted us to Delta Customer Service
