I am usually all in with calling out the dodgy stuff that goes on at TPUSA, but I am trying to always remain fair & balanced, I'm afraid on this one, if you've watched the same clip I have watched, there is no way that your description matches the clip.
Riley Gaines is simply saying that the coalition of the various movements on the right was once helped together by Charlie & that this is no longer the case...

If the book was finished, he would have said:
"I've written a book" = past tense = process of writing is finished
