@Bealoquebea@olga_nardone Should be a priority (among others) for the system. Most (I guess >90%) footprint comes from system regulations and incentives. Good medicine is always environmentally sensible. Good medicine is really difficult in our systems.

Different subtypes of #CRC, differential phenotypes:
IBD-CRC associated with a younger age, mucinous cancers, emergency dx & synchronous neop vs SCRC. EOCRC had higher risk of stage IV and mucinous tumours vs LOCRC.
