@Jaguar How can you send me a safety recall notice, your authorised dealer refuse to take a booking for the recall, but be happy to take a general service booking, and your head office team (to whom your letter suggests I contact if I have concerns) tell me they can’t intervene?!

@HMRCcustomers How can I speak with someone about my tax refund. I received a letter confirming I am due a repayment and that it will be paid to my account but that was over 6 weeks ago and online and phone number on letter just say no help available

@HMRCcustomers I’m not sure how it shows this - but I can see my 22/23 details online showing how much tax I paid. The letter I received says I will be paid a refund to my bank account so I am just trying to understand when this will be paid

@HMRCcustomers It was a withdrawal from my pension pot in 2023 that I was taxed on the full amount - when I haven’t been in employment or earning since Feb this year. I was sent a letter in response to me submitting a PAYE claim using form P55

@HMRCcustomers The tax code was 1257L and it is now 1257L X. I received notification on 31 July that I was due a repayment but I want to know when this will be paid

@HMRCcustomers It’s this year - I submitted a refund claim on 27 June and was advised I should receive a response by 18 July and a refund would normally be paid in 30 days

@HMRCcustomers I finally got an answer today as I got through to Louise Campbell who was extremely helpful. She deserves credit as she was patient and helpful, and apologetic for the poor advice given yesterday.

@HMRCcustomers Can I get some help with updating my tax code. It is showing a tax estimate that bears no resemblance to reality but no option to update the estimate - only add missing employment or income. I don’t have any income but can’t see a way to log that

@HMRCcustomers No - they just said because they had no employment down for me then it wasn’t related to employment so it must be Self Assessment. I’m he Self assessment team then said it’s my PAYE tax code that is the issue so I needed to speak to the PAYE team

@HMRCcustomers I don’t have any other income. I have spent 40 mins waiting to talk to PAYE team who then advised it was a self assessment issue. 30 minutes on to them and they advise it’s the PAYE team. Can someone please help me talk to the right person - online or on the phone

@HMRCcustomers Unbelievable! Raised a query here as couldn’t get answer online. Advised to speak to the PAYE team. Waited 40 minutes to then be told it was self assessment team. 30 minute wait with them to be told they can’t help and I need to speak to PAYE team!! Help!!!!!
