- I queue for hours
- the website tells me I’m a bot
- I get nothing

Can access the website absolutely fine any other time except when there’s queues

@BrightonHoveBus I was told to scan my pass on your bus yesterday and when I did it opened my bank card and took payment. I asked the driver if it had done and he said no but when i’ve checked my bank i’ve got a pending transaction from you.
