Following the launch of our campaign, we are happy to announce a first big milestone. On the 20th September, East Herts District Council granted our application for the Baker Arms to be given ACV (Asset of Community Value) status.

@trotheray Also hot water at this time of year will be killer, COP not much more than 1. In-line flow restrictor on shower heads super easy to fit 8l/s is ample. Also 5 min shower limit helpful doesn’t go down well at our place 😂 👮‍♂️ ⏱
