Humans were gifted a planet overflowing with trees, fruit, water, natural medicines, and sunshine. And yet somehow, we decided to invent debt, political parties, capitalism, AI conflict, and war.
You actually can, it’s called functional medicine. Insurance doesn’t cover it which stops a lot of people, but functional providers like myself actually address all of those things because we actually see the body as a whole. So many of my patients are tired of western medicine
I think it sucks that you have to go to so many different kinds of doctor to take care of yourself. It's the 21st century. I should be able to go to a single office where they scan me with a big xerox machine and tell me what I'm allergic to and why my tummy hurts and if I have any cancer or cavities or if my glasses prescription has changed. And then I should get a sticker.
a lot of adults don't better themselves??? and have no intention of growth or healing??? they’re just living their lives with horrible communication skills, lack of emotional intelligence, selfishness, and hurt feelings FOREVER?????
Know this:
Your brain is made mostly of cholesterol. When you start taking medication to lower your cholesterol, that's when you end up with dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, etc.
Don’t fall for it.
It’s a scam!!!

it's so insane how many women were put on this path:
birth control at 15
accutane at 16
SSRIs at 17
Xanax at 18
Spirinolactone at 19
freezing eggs at 25
IVF at 30
women turned into a cash cow, milked for $100k+
I strongly believe in freedom of choice, especially when it comes to healthcare. However, a lot of women aren’t informed you can still get cancer even after a double mastectomy. Many lifestyle choices lead to cancer, not just simply having breasts and a gene mutation.
a woman tested positive for the BRCA gene and opted to get a double mastectomy without a cancer diagnosis. Then opted for IVF and only transferred embryos that did not have the BCRA gene. Essentially stopping any of her descendants from passing the gene.
Women having choices and access to healthcare is vital. 🩷
It was my birthday last week, and I was sitting in the breakroom at work when a younger coworker asked what my partner had gotten me. She already had her phone out, completely ready to see a picture of a designer bag, a massive $500 floral arrangement, or a viral-worthy dinner receipt.
I told her the truth: He spent his entire weekend covered in grease, replacing the alternator and brake pads on my car, and then he quietly paid off the remaining balance of my student loan that had been giving me rolling panic attacks for six months.
She gave me this deeply tragic, pitying look. “Oh. Well, that’s practical, I guess,” she said. “But you deserve to be spoiled. You know, the princess treatment. A man who really loves you wants to show you off, not just do chores. That's kind of the bare minimum.”
I just stared at her.
What she didn’t see was that for the last half of the year, I had been losing sleep, my hair was thinning from financial stress, and I was terrified to drive my car on the highway. My partner took his only two days off from his own grueling job, completely wrecked his hands under my hood, and drained his own savings, just to hand me back my peace of mind.
The internet has completely rotted our definition of romance. We have been brainwashed to believe that if a man isn't performing his love for an audience, buying things that look highly aesthetic on a TikTok reel, then he isn't doing enough.
We are out here casually calling a man's literal blood, sweat, and absolute financial sacrifice "the bare minimum" just because it doesn't come in a shiny box with a ribbon.
2nd Winter coming in strong across the Upper Midwest. That’s 2-3 FEET of snow from Wisconsin to Michigan. Rochester, The Twin Cities, Madison, Milwaukee, Green Bay, Traverse City…YOU READY?! @weatherchannel
Being 26 is weird bc people younger than you don’t know who Big Time Rush is so you’re kinda old, but the people 3 years older than you also don’t know who Big Time Rush is so you’re not Unc status yet
Two thirds of Alzheimer’s patients are women. Not because women live longer, but because estrogen protects the brain. When it’s suddenly stripped away, the brain literally shrinks. Brain fog in your 40s isn’t “just stress.” It’s a red flag. But instead of addressing hormones, women are gaslight with antidepressants or told to meditate. Fast forward 20 years and she’s in a nursing home and can’t remember her own kids. This isn’t “normal aging.” It’s medical negligence. And despite most Alzheimer’s patients being women, much of the research is still done on male mice instead of female mice. That’s not science, that’s neglect.”
It took me 1 hour to get home from work when usually it’s a 10 minute drive. And I took the backroads. Probably would’ve been 1.5 hours if I took the highway
I have lived in Minneapolis for 12 years and the drive home today was the worst road conditions I’ve ever been in. And I grew up in Duluth, so that’s saying a lot.
Roads were completely frozen over and cars were sliding down every hill causing multiple crashes.
I respect the National Weather Service, but I wish there would’ve been more urgency to the public on this.
We get blasted with do not drive messages when there’s a big snowstorm (even though most cars can get through snow) but nothing when it’s ice, which is the real killer.
I’ll get off my soapbox now.

Isn't it interesting?
$200 billion spent on cancer research every single year, and the only thing we have to show for it is a 90% increase in cancer deaths since the 1990's.
When the UDA broadcast is already having problems and it just started 😭😭 keeps going back to the beginning of the broadcast in the middle of dances #VarsityTV@FloCheer@VarsitySpirit
About 63 million people woke up on January 1, 2025, believing they had the year ahead of them. They never reached December 31. If you did, pause for a moment and be grateful. That alone makes today a gift.
