The fans might have been stressing, but this ULM softball squad is calm, cool and collected. Warhawks escape a bases loaded, no outs situation in the 7th inning to win the series over South Alabama for the first time since 2019, 2-1.
Hollie Thomas was the hero at the plate (2-3, 2 RBI).
Skylar Waggoner got the win (6.0 IP, 4 H, 1 ER, 3 BB, 3 K) and Ashanti McDade got the save (1 IP, 1 H, 0 ER, 0 BB, 1 K).
